•Her dedication to cooking began at a very young age, learning traditional Russian recipes from a great teacher like her grandmother. Years later, her curiosity about the world led her to travel to Spain, Italy, France, Asia, Venezuela, the United States and the Dominican Republic. These trips gave her a lot of experience and knowledge of other cuisines and prompted her to open her own restaurant in Russia in 2013.


•Attracted by the increasingly attractive Mediterranean cuisine, she decided to start a new stage of her life in Barcelona, ​​and thus discover the secrets of one of the best cuisines in the world. She trained at the prestigious 'Hofmann Hospitality School', learning from masters such as Lluis Rovira.


•She went on to work in various important gourmet restaurants in the city, such as 'El Bar Mut', 'Taverna Hofmann', 'Arroz', all of them restaurants focused on market cuisine and high-quality products with cutting-edge techniques.


•She created a novel gastronomic project for exclusive dinners and experiences aboard yachts off the coast of Barcelona.


•This training and experience led her to be chosen as executive chef of the 'Hotel Ninon' in Dubrovnik, Croatia. There she was able to develop a unique cooking style, combining traditional methods from different countries with the most avant-garde techniques.


•In 2021 her experiences led her to land in San Sebastián, a land of culinary tradition, where she has worked in the restaurant of the Boutique hotel 'Jaizkibel' in Hondarribia, and simultaneously organizing private gastronomic dinners for Spanish and French clients.


•In 2023 she finally landed in Gran Canaria, expanding her passion for gastronomy and offering services as a private chef.


•In 2024 she starts a new project in the Canary Islands dedicated to VVIP catering for private jets and business aviation.
